Before you book
Insurance included
All vehicles include 90% insurance coverage at no additional insurance cost. For a covered claim, a deductible equal to 2 current Colombian monthly legal minimum wages applies.
Fuel
The vehicle is delivered with a FULL tank and must be returned FULL.
Cleaning
The vehicle is delivered washed and clean and must be returned in the same condition.
Traffic tickets and camera fines
Traffic tickets or camera fines generated during the rental period are the customer’s responsibility.
Pico y placa restrictions
Our team will tell you the restriction for your vehicle. Rules may change and are confirmed before your rental.
Airport delivery or return
Airport delivery or return has an additional cost.

Yes. We only deliver and receive vehicles at our office, JMC Airport and Olaya Herrera Airport. Airport service has an additional cost.

Yes. You need a valid driver’s license, ID or passport, and a credit card for the security deposit.
How is the vehicle delivered?
